Shipping Policy
We ship all across India. Every order is packed fresh from our blending facility and dispatched with care.
All payments are prepaid. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Since our products are small-batch and blended fresh, please allow up to 2 business days before your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–8 working days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster (2–4 days); remote or hilly areas may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS and email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the tracking status to update with the carrier.

Package Delivered but Not Received?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please:
- Check with neighbours, family members or building management — packages are sometimes left with them.
- Check around your doorstep or letterbox area.
- Contact the courier directly with your tracking number to request proof of delivery.
- If you still cannot locate it, write to us at support@vedamantra.in with your Order ID within 48 hours of the delivery status update and we’ll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Payment Methods
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking and Shopify Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
COD is not available. All orders must be paid in full at checkout before dispatch.
