Return & Refund Policy

We want every Vedamantra order to reach you fresh, intact and exactly as described. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Return Policy

  1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be unused and unopened, with all original packaging and seals intact. Due to the personal care nature of our products (hair oils, body butters, face masks, etc.), we cannot accept returns on opened items unless they are defective.
  3. Refund of shipping charges and COD handling fees is not applicable.
  4. To initiate a return, email us at support@vedamantra.in with your Order ID and reason. We'll confirm within 24 hours.
  5. For self-shipped returns, pack items securely and use a reliable courier with tracking. Share the tracking details and your Order ID to support@vedamantra.in.
  6. For returns where we are not at fault (wrong variant ordered, change of mind, etc.), a reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund.
  7. For exchanges: follow the return process for the item you want to replace, and we'll issue store credit or a discount code to place a new order.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are processed for orders returned within 7 days of delivery, or for items confirmed to be defective or damaged.
  2. Once your return is received and quality-checked, we will email you to confirm receipt and approval status.
  3. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  4. If you paid via COD, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer — email us with your bank details.

Defective or Damaged Products

  1. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us at support@vedamantra.in within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Please include a clear photo or video of the defect along with your Order ID.
  3. After verification, we will offer a free replacement or full refund — your choice. Return shipping in this case is borne by Vedamantra.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care products (hair oils, body butters, face masks, shampoo bars, body washes)
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items not in original condition or with missing packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Haven't Received Your Refund?

  1. First check your bank account or UPI app — sometimes it takes 1–2 days to reflect.
  2. Contact your bank or card provider — processing times vary.
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received it, write to us at support@vedamantra.in with your Order ID.
⚠️ Security Notice: Vedamantra will never ask for your Credit/Debit card number, CVV or OTP to process a refund. If anyone claims to be from Vedamantra and asks for these details, do not share them and report it to us immediately.
